Project 3 Final Submission - Interior Space and Its Inspiration

Kimbell Meuseum

The three pictures above give me the inspiration that to use a long narrow line of light for the interior space of the gallery. This is beautiful.

This is the long stairs. People can see the inside main display area on each side while climbing the stairs.

This is the view of stairs from the inside main display area. The space under the stairs can be used to display some sculptures.

This is one of the art work I want put in the gallery. Its show the feel of mixed media. And you can see the light coming in from the long narrow gap between the roof and the wall.

This is another part of the main display area. The space behind the wall is workshop. As you can see, the workshop is not completely saperated with the main gallery.

This is the view of the gound floor main gallery from the first floor. The long narrow light line is more clear in this view.
